REFUND POLICY
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (+353) 45 874 972. If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it for you.

Return Shipping Costs
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Conditions
Ensure your return package is clearly labeled with your information and order number. Each item must be returned unused, with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, which will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return (which can take up to 3 working days), we will notify you by email when your return has been processed. It can take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Bespoke items, bulk/trade orders and sale items can not be returned or cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure that all returned items are unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued only when the returned items meet these criteria.
DAMAGES AND FAULTY ITEMS
We are always disappointed when a customer receives a damaged item, and we take these incidents seriously. To maintain our quality control standards, we ask that you notify us immediately if you receive a damaged product. Generally, we will request that you return the item to us, along with proof of purchase and the date you received it.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues immediately by emailing us at info@seomrawoodmouldings.ie, including images of the damage. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund according to our standard return procedure.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
At Seomra Wood Mouldings, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery. Our products are shipped via UPS (unless stated otherwise) for secure and timely dispatch. Please review our delivery details below.
Shipping Provider
We use UPS for deliveries to ensure safe and dependable service.
Delivery Times
Delivery times apply once products have been dispatched from our warehouse. Lead times may vary depending on the product, but these are clearly noted in each product description.
- Ireland: 2-5 working days after dispatch.
- Northern Ireland & UK: 5-7 working days after dispatch.
- EU Countries: 7-10 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of the World: 10-15 working days after dispatch.
Please be aware that these delivery estimates can vary due to local postal services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order. The exact shipping rate will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once your product is ready to ship from our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery via UPS’s tracking system.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the EU, customs charges, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary depending on the destination country.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept your delivery, UPS may leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided to retrieve your package.

CLICK AND COLLECT
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your items—arriving early may result in unnecessary delays or disappointment.
All Click & Collect orders will be available at our Naas Warehouse:

Collection hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (Closed on public holidays).
Important: Orders must be collected within 21 days of notification. After this period, your order may be moved offsite. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by uncollected items. Items unclaimed after 6 months may incur storage fees and could be considered abandoned, resulting in disposal or donation without further notice.
When collecting your order, please note that our team cannot assist with lifting or transporting heavy items to your vehicle due to health, safety, and insurance policies. Please plan accordingly and bring help if needed.
By choosing Click & Collect, you (or the person collecting on your behalf) accept full responsibility for the items once they leave our warehouse. Please inspect all items before leaving, as we are unable to accept liability for any damage not identified at the time of collection.
Please be aware that not all items in your order may be ready for collection at the same time. You will be notified as each item becomes available.
