1. Introduction

Welcome to SEOMRA Wood Mouldings (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website seomrawoodmouldings.ie (“Site”) and any purchase of products from us. By using the Site or making an order, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer” or “you” means any person who uses the Site or places an order.
  • “Products” means wood mouldings, trims, panels, and related items sold via the Site.
  • “Order” means a request by you to purchase Products via the Site.

3. Ordering AND Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • After you place an Order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. That confirmation does not mean the Order is accepted; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion (e.g. for pricing errors, unavailable stock, or suspicion of fraud).

04. Prices AND Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

05. Delivery AND Risk

  • We will deliver Products to the address you specify in the Order.
  • Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Title (ownership) of Products remains with us until we have received full payment in cleared funds.

06. Returns AND Refunds

  • Our Refund & Returns Policy (see the relevant page) governs your rights to return Products and obtain refunds.
  • You must comply with any conditions (such as return time limits, condition of goods) as set out in that policy.

07. Custom / Bespoke Orders

  • Bespoke or custom mouldings made to your specifications may not be eligible for return unless defective or not matching specification.
  • You agree to provide accurate specifications, dimensions, and design details before placing a bespoke Order.

08. Warranty and Liability

  • We warrant that the Products shall correspond to their description and be of acceptable quality at the time of delivery.
  • We are not liable for defects or damage arising from misuse, improper installation, or modification.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product(s).

09. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is our intellectual property or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
